Rhubarb Pie Filling
Who likes tart? ME!! Who loves Rhubarb? Also ME! While most like the traditional pairing with Strawberries, and I’d never say no to a slice of that pie, the individual brightness of the “Straight Up Rhubarb” makes my tastebuds happy-dance. A great way to mix with other non- traditional fruits as well (Blu Rhu is delish!)
This full sized Quart is enough for a full 8 or 9 inch pie.
Ps- there is NO cinnamon in this jar! (While some prefer it, and can add it after, I choose to can it straight so everyone can enjoy)
